In our opinion, that is best done by deploying ever available resource and discipline, in accordance with Colossians 3:17, “Whatever you do [no matter what it is] in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus [and in dependence on Him], giving thanks to God the Father through Him.” (Amplified Bible)
For that reason, believers around the world have turned to His Word and daily devotionals, for wisdom, healing, encouragement, and instruction. In ages past, devotional passages were part and parcel to family life, with messages that are remarkably relevant today, inspired by and incorporating the Word of God. Today’s contemporary authors write for contemporary readers, but often, the reader longs for more depth, hope, truth, and Words that reach deep into the heart. For such a time as this, this is Forever Relevant.
Forever Relevant is the U.S. registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit ministry solely dedicated to acquiring, archiving, publishing, translating, and distributing every rare and historic first edition daily devotional, hymn, poetry, and text, currently dating to 1606. They will be available free or by affordable membership in digital, downloadable, audio, and ebook formats in 275 foreign languages, Native American dialects, and braille, for personal inspiration and global missionary initiatives, especially those that reach underserved communities and villages. Tax-deductible Donations, Edition and Language Sponsorships, Corporate Sponsorships, Grants, full-archive access memberships will fund translating, missionary and radio tower distribution, supply in-country missionary libraries support, and missionary-at-risk organizations. Forever Relevant’s mission has never been attempted before, but with our Lord and Savior’s blessing, it will be done. And as the Lord leads, it will also be done with your help.
The ministry was incorporated in March 2019. The archive now exceeds 38,000 individual devotional days (adding 1,000+ days every month) and over 2,700 handwritten hymns by Fanny Jane Crosby, a record of Horatio Spafford’s handwritten “It Is Well With My Soul” and the telegram that inspired it, plus sermons, sermon notes, texts and hymns by warriors of the faith.
Forever Relevant enjoys customer engagement, marketing, translation, and distribution relationships with leading institutions, including but not limited to Trans World Radio, FrontGate Media, Eastern European Missions, and several translation providers. It will maintain an accounting and reporting relationship with Christian Missions Alliance, a U.S. registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity with a Guidestar Gold Seal rating, placing it in the top 0.5% of non-profits for transparency and accountability.
WHY FOREVER RELEVANT?
To quote Dirk Smith, the Vice President of Eastern European Missions (EEM) …

WHERE HAVE ALL THE GOOD ONES GONE?
For centuries, inspirational books, hymns, and poetry have inspired, encouraged, and brought about or enhanced personal conviction and spiritual growth in the hearts of individuals and entire families. The ones that mattered most were written under the distinct leadership of the Holy Spirit. Of those volumes, Henry Van Dyke once said, “if they were to lack their Highest and Spirited involvement, they would simply be another book – and a book out of sorts.”
Daniel March, the author of “Our Father’s House,” put it this way in 1870 – which inadvertently describes Forever Relevant’s archive.
“It is not often that someone delivers a word received from the indwelling Teacher that may be treasured by generations to come. Too often, what could have been gathered from the Scriptures is instead worked up by men’s natural abilities rather than the immediate moving and direction of the divine Spirit. Reiteration of scarce, deeply needed truth has great value, and the hungry soul in need of guidance will be thankful for it.“
